It's all about Profit & Loss. Though maayo man siya nga lakang to at least giving those in the Public Transport sector a decent and stable earning w/ fringe benifits.

On office/desk jobs, naa man gani'y deadlines ang mga programmers gipang-apas. To those in sales dept., naay mga quota gipang-apas. And basically the same is true with this.
