Braces then retainers.

Ganahan ko pa braces, naa unta barato nga di i-compromise ang quality sa service... both upper and lower pra ma corrected jud. My dentist is capable sako nga case ky minor rdaw kayo pero di lang siya pwede mo commit ky long term mn.

I had braces since highschool which is my upper teeth it last for almost 2-3yrs. Now the lower part napud and dugay au nakuha bcoz panagsa na kaau ko muadto sa dentist due to busy schedules.

Anyways, ayaw pag-braces kung pa-char2x lan imu gusto. Its very expensive jud. Ang retainers kay after na sa braces thats why its called retainers so that it can retain the form of your teeth after nakuha na ang braces. And for me hasulan kog retainers bcoz of that plastic materials which is lisod i-kaon and sagabal kaau. Mao wa najud koy gamit2x tawn ana.
