pila ni dha bro bim? diri kay tag 599 rmb (about 4.2K php)... kani na model sa Buffalo ug ang kani na model sa D-Link (tag 558 rmb... roughly 3.9K php)ang akoang gi eye-yan... hehehe...

question...unsa nga channel sa wifi settings ang recommended jud mga bro...me also i xperienced that one nga ma wala ang connection.. . a simple unplugging & plugging back again will do but murag hasol kau man gud.. .i have read sa mga forums either channel 1 or channel 11 would do...kamo unsa inyong setting?

hhhhhmmm... nice ni na inquiry bro. daghan diri wala'y alamag ani... myself is included... hehehe... wla pa man ko maka suway gyud ug putol sa akoang wifi sa balay (diri sa shanghai ug dha sa cebu... kadiyot ra man pud ko's Cebu man gud) and even diri sa office. kun tapulan ko mag connect aning physical line, wireless ra akoang i-utilize...

eager ko maka hibaw pud sa work around sa aning "wireless signal disconnected phenomenon" para, kun maka experience, kahibaw nata'g unsaon pag fix...

sa mga tp-link nga AP ako g.pang butang dire sa work cge jud ko ka experience aning ma wala ang connection even sa linksys nga wireless router pero kung ako e.check ang modem nga source sa connection naa raman internet so ang wireless device jud ang blema so ako ra e.off dn on again ma uli.an raman pud.. . i believe murag naka auto ra ang channel ani as far as i can remember.. .

Channel 11 ang pinakacompatible with most devices.

Just buy any router you want then upgrade lang to 10dBi/12dBi omnidirectional antenna. Or you can buy a cable extension for the stock antenna.

Murag inana pud bai lloyd kita ko sa TPC... Murag kita pud ko ani niya sa Octagon pero wah lang nako ma tanaw ang presyo...

Murag naka basa pud ko ani sa una pero d na nako mahunumduman kung asa to nako na basahan kay wah pud nako gi basa og tarong... Naa to silay explanation about channel spacing nga 1, 6, og 11 ang pinaka OK for home use... Something to do with frequency range ana nga mga channel of potential interference with other commercial (home use) wireless devices.

mao na ako gamit... maximum 10km na xa... basta open lang ang area....

even if your wifi router can reach the DTE 100km distance, can your laptop. reach the wifi router a 100 km away?

its not the routers tx power. the questions is "is your device/DTE's tx power strong enough to reach the router? you may get a full signal strength indicated on the DTE but the router can not get a signal from your device.
