SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth ky part jud na siya sa requirements. Please check sa imo temporary business permit, naa na sila'y gi-attach list of requirements pra i-submit nasad nimo within 30 days (nalimot ko if gi-extend nila into 60 days na).

Some of the requirements ky:
- Fire Clearance
- Sanitary Permit
- Environmental Clearance
- SSS
- Pag-ibig
- Philhealth (lahi sad tong health card sa employees nga makuha nila sa Sanitary Dep't)
- TIN number or COR sa BIR
nalimot nmn ko sa uban, hehe...


If na register na imo business sa BIR, required gyud ka attend og seminar. If sa Mandaue Branch ka, every Wednesday ila sched @ 1pm. I don't know if same goes with Cebu City Branch.

By the way, did you have a signed contract sa imo business? Dapat 5th day next month after gi-notarized or gi-pirmahan sa abogado, naka-register na imo business sa BIR ky if not, naa ky bayran nga penalty og P1000. That charge was last 2011 pa. I don't if ni-increase na sila ron.


SSS
Same mi situation ni Sir mojojojo. Mandaue man na locate ang business nako that time and sa SSS, dapat sa Lapu2x mo register. pero sa payment, you can pay sa banks or other branches rmn. Pero naa pud ky Regular Report i-submit sa SSS. Maximum of six months ra ila dawaton (or depende pud siguro if mada og hangyo) and this should be submitted sa branch where na register imo business.

Cebu City branch sa SSS ky mao na ang main branch sa Cebu so covered na niya tanan. Diha na moadto ang mga naa sa province. Pero, didto jud ka pa register sa branch where na locate imo business but you can ask forms bisan asa nga branches. Same goes to Philhealth. Registration, sa designated branch and payment ky any branch na.

Sa Pag-ibig, separate jud per assigned places sa ila branch. If Mandaue, sa Mandaue ka transact tanan. Anyway, same building rmn sad ang tanan sa PAG-ibig.

1901- mixed income, employed and sole proprietorship
1902- sole proprietorship
1903- not sure if corporation nani siya or cooperative

Kani ako question, i'm sorry, i'm a first timer in business, so magpaexplain ko ani unta heheh.
Gusto sad ko na ako ra ang magbook keeping, atleast i know na daan sa mga steps sooner pohon if lahi napud na biz ang ma-tripan. haha!

And ohh, kaning sa BIR, asa ta mu-pay ani? through bank ba?

BIR payment puede sa accredited bank. Puede ra ikaw mag bookkeeping basta sakto lang, but engta gyud ka CPA accredited sa BIR to finalize everything. Dili tanan CPA accredited sa BIR.

@ TS, if nakaregister naka sa BIR, kahibaw naka unsa nga form.... Galibog ko, hehe... Kato 5th day of the month after sa signed contract mn ang BIR registration. Di ang business permit ha... Ang sa BIR.

Sakto nmn na gingon ni sir mojojojo. mag-add lang ko sa payment, pwede sa accredited banks or sa BIR if deadline na. Pero ayaw na ipaabot pa og deadline ky grabeh ka daghan tao.

OT: pharmacist ka TS? naa bya to'y medical and dental mission on Feb 23, 2013. they need pharmacists, nurses, dentists, manpower, etc... Mag-start at 7am to 6pm. Basak mambaling nga gym?

Btw sir pangayu ug form didto sa DTI then naa raman ang requirements sa likod sa form, then dali ra ang process if ala ka kaparehas ug name sa imu biz. Much better you check your biz name sa DTI website if naa ba kaparehas, ako i check first man then nagwait lang ko ug 15mins, narelease na ako DTI name.

Nahuman nako pass requirements sa BIR, seminar nalang then after ana what's next?
