its an assembly plant duh.. alangan mo.run ang factory for full production when they decide to run at 25%. of course off na ang factory once they meet their quota. plus kanang operating/production cost is cover by the price of the car duh.. dili govt nagbuhi sa ila where did you get that stupid logic?

and then per car ang incentives kung gamay ang nahimo gamay ang incentives plus kanang IMO is use to off set the tarif paid for transporting the auto parts, nahulog lang gihapon ning tax break same sa japanese companies.
