Anyone can put a call center in their resume 'for experience', but still, in the end, it all comes down to their interviews -- their actual communication skills. Ang2 nagtuga2 lang ug butang CC experience pero nig interview sa imo, walang ka 'edge-edge', dili jud ka mahire, bahalag naay CC experience.
