INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Requirements:
· Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
· At least two (2) years of related work experience, one(1) year of which in hospitality industry
· Previous experience in the Opera system and other hospitality application software
· Proficient in written and oral communications
· Knowledgeable in network system infrastructure and other related operation
· Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software operations

Duties:
· Reporting to Information Technology Manager
· Ensures smooth operations within the hotel by coordinating various IT activities
· Provides IT support to other departments
