angelfyre, creative soundblaster live! is already a fine choice. it has an EAX technology... mine is the audigy digital entertainment package... murag wala na ni baligya karon diri. last nako nakit-an baligya parehas sa akong soundcard was in AV Surfer sa ayala. ambot lang kung naa pa ba kaha sila didto... pero mas mahal siya gamay kaysa sb live!. around 3800 akong palit ani 3 years ago.

your onboard soundcard supports only analog sound... unlike the creative audigy, it supports 24bit of digital sound.

Bitaw, kung bati ang source sa imo sound, bati jud ang mogawas sa imo speakers bisan unsa pa ka nindot sa imo soundcard. Ang giistoryahan kay kung unsa man ka nindot ang pagka reproduce sa sound, di ba? Kung bati ang source, bati sad ang ma-reproduce nga sound.
