it is not so much as to the formation of a political dynasty that harms the society but the fertile ground from which they grow from. If the system of government allows a central authority unchained powers to legislate economic affairs, involve with personal choices of people, no clear boundaries of legislative powers, then it is easy to understand why people are all striving to secure their future through government positions.
Not merely voting them doesn't erase corruption. It will be just another term for another corrupt person. Same game, different name.
If people keep on calling the government to improve their lives rather them taking responsibility with their own actions, political malevolent entities will continue to parade as angels from heaven.
The issue regarding the abolition of political dynasty is a very shallow one. Go to the root of the problem. Limit the scope and power of the government, limit its taxation, limit its legislation, make it very very unprofitable to make a career out of government, then political dynasties will fall without even a single drop of ink for its abolition.
