Facts? meaning evidence (hard, tangible)?
Faith can't be proven by facts, why:
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. hebrews 11:1.

The event in the bible like great flood, divided sea, wisemen, ark, and etc has evidence but what happened it was questioned by evolutionist, atheist, even agnostics and people who has doubt about the bible and worst to God.
Not all text in the bible are symbolistics, like thou shall not kill and steal, is that symbolistic?

exactly.. so this being issues of faith, its a personal matter.. i cant imagine myself imposing my faith on someone else.. and if someone else is of different faith, what is the most "christian" way to do? understand or condemn?

Yes our faith is our personal choice but let our choice be according to the bible not according to our wants and likes.
Condemn is not appropriate, but to preach the Gospel will lead to touch other owned doctrine which is not in the bible.
Let me tell you, if a certain group do what the Gospel said then they wont react.

Reaction is not blamed on the external stimulus, but the responsibility of the reactant.
I would care enough insofar as to respect their choice. Who am I to discount other people's faith if they are not in accordance with the bible... understanding is different from preaching..

preaching nowadays carries with it the hidden intention to convert the person's initial belief.. and sad to say, if the listener does not agree with the preacher, he is discounted. true preaching is merely just the sharing of knowledge without the forced intent to believe in such knowledge being shared..

No, preaching is not to convert them but to make them aware and open their eyes with the basis from the bible.
That's what Christ did, He never forced anyone to believed Him.
He want people to follow Him with their own will and choice.
