If you tend to win the war by killing a bunch does not win wars... there will always be replacement from either ila relatives or somewhere. I think the strategy of the AFP in winning this insurgency is thru social engagements like building schools, roads improving drainage etc in communities that has high recruit for the insurgents-while this also eliminates community support for the rebels. Win the hearts. you win the war.

Well, lately the activities of the NEPs are increasing, maybe they are not getting the same attention anymore like the way the MILF is getting now. Or it could be that this government is not keen on going after them. Del Monte is one of the biggest farms in Mindanao, I remember driving around the vast pineapple plantations and taking a swim or play golf at Club Kalsangi in Polomolok. Its relatively a peaceful place and it has provided plenty of jobs for families there. I hope this gets fixed because not much opportunities are given to the families there. If del monte shuts down, a lot of households will go hungry.

According sa news during 2011 ang ila naextort is 100M, pero last year 25M, mao cguro manghilabot na lng ky wala kaabot sa quota.. lol..
