Hmm... maybe the problem hits when entering aero. Graphics drivers or card problem perhaps? I had similar situation recently, it was an intermittently faulty video card.

check daw imong HSF fan basin faulty nana or memory, e try pud daw sa on board graphics. kung dugay na imong processor, check lang basin wala nay thermal compound imong proc.

might be PSU or vc or overheating. isolate ur problem...
