    Well, actually there are gazillion of reasons why they have terminated your tenure.

    behavior/attitude, absenteeism, (lates/leaves), performance, blah blah

    i don't know you and your company or what you do or the preference for the position but basing on your posts here, NO OFFENSE, it seems like you can't out-shine/ outsmart anyone. you dont have a strong personality, you lack self esteem. i can even feel you are dependent

    Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you really are better and you should have been chosen than your other workmate. Have you seen how she/he performs or how she/he thinks?

    The "lack of experience" is the nicest reason they've told you. if you think you are better then go and look for another job. post pics that you are with a decent company earning more pay. prove them wrong and stop the drama. NEVER ask anyone again if you deserve to be terminated. move on and dont look back. make yourself stronger

    For these posters who advice sue or go to Dole, do you even know the person/company? mauwaw samot si TS if mo-sue siya nya probi or poor performer diay.

    worst kaayu ning company nga ingon ani nuh? mag tinarong ka ikaw pay sad-an....lisod jud kaayu TS, kung wala tay kapit, hagsa jud, pangitaan kag bikil, nga himoon nila og ground, nya e force resign ka kay ilang findings dismissal sa work...usually inig apply nimo sa lain company mag ask jud na, ngano ni resign ka, nga dugay2x naman ka, or ingon ani, ingon ana, naa bay nahitabo, kung m tell ka sa tinood, ang employer pud, mag duha2x og dawat tungod ani nga sitwasyun, diskarte nalang jud, apply nalang tag abroad TS, IT man ka dba? nihit kaayu dri oi, gamay pa jud offer, gawas kung call center pepro agent pud lage...whew...cge lng basin naa maka basa dri nga bigatin, nya e hire ta nila.........
