If you're AWOL, getting your COE does not change the fact that you went AWOL. Absence With Out Leave. You'd be there to get your certificate of employment, however, I don't know the details on how you can proceed with that. Might as well expect another fellow employee who went AWOL to respond regarding their actual experience. Then again, it depends on the length of time each of you had and the policies associated. Afterall, I honestly don't know if they have a training bond.

ako guys, 1st sem pa ako nahuman. ni-try na ko apply sa teleperformance and a couple of other call centers, pero ana sila nga kung below 2 years imu attainment, dapat daw naa ka at least 6months experience para madawat. i heard mudawat man daw bisag wala kaabut 2 years sa college sa Q. if that's the case, ok ra man cguro pang-experience lang didtu diba? or basin naa mu ma-suggest lain call centers, ok sad kaayo

If for experience lang pwede raman na ba... paabta lang 6 months then ngita dayon lain na mas ok na companies coz dli man sad ka maka dretso sa mga other companies kay ngita man sila experience.

dili nana sila managinot sa attainment lang oi. they badly need agents to compensate the attrition rate. i heard basta nakatungtong lang jd og 1yr bsan 1sem dawaton ra nila.
