If gi terminate lang ka ug kalit na wala'y due process, you can go to DOLE and ireklamo na... naa ka madawat ana nga settlement. Na experience ni sa ako kauban sa work last year lang, gi terminate lang cya na wala'y due process. Maro kaayo ang companies ani, they will let you sign a resignation paper (Forced resignation) para dli ka maka reklamo nila.. what my co-worker did is, wla cya mu pirmi sa forced resignation instead ni lakaw cya, dretso cya adto sa DOLE and after a few days naka dawat og sophena amo manager... in the end, settlement sila, they paid him P60K... I'm not telling you to go to DOLE para ma balik ka nila ug hire because that will not happen. Ila naman ka gusto pa hawa-on so mahitabo ana ila raka pangitaan paagi japun na ma hawa ka... Go to DOLE para maka bayad sila nimo for what they did, but move on lang japun ka and let go after
