    aw gihatagan man ka ug 30 days notice so i think honorable pd ka nila pag terminate... pero yeah naa kay right nga ma feel bad about your situation but to think of it you have already a chance to ready yourself on the outcome... so para nako di ka dihado sa situation...

    ts if u think ur meeting ur company's demands then its not ur loss...u can find another company that will keep u....

    TS I know how you feel right now and I empathize...

    Purely what they give you was an alibi...and you can sue them if you like but it takes time...you can ask the assistance of Dole they will help you out so long you can provide documents or evidence on this. Makabayad jud ang company once ma prove na they ilegally terminated you...there's a process this one will take time.

    On the other hand in every closed doors there will always be a new one who will open with much better opportunities.

    If gi terminate lang ka ug kalit na wala'y due process, you can go to DOLE and ireklamo na... naa ka madawat ana nga settlement. Na experience ni sa ako kauban sa work last year lang, gi terminate lang cya na wala'y due process. Maro kaayo ang companies ani, they will let you sign a resignation paper (Forced resignation) para dli ka maka reklamo nila.. what my co-worker did is, wla cya mu pirmi sa forced resignation instead ni lakaw cya, dretso cya adto sa DOLE and after a few days naka dawat og sophena amo manager... in the end, settlement sila, they paid him P60K... I'm not telling you to go to DOLE para ma balik ka nila ug hire because that will not happen. Ila naman ka gusto pa hawa-on so mahitabo ana ila raka pangitaan paagi japun na ma hawa ka... Go to DOLE para maka bayad sila nimo for what they did, but move on lang japun ka and let go after
