If you have, a site/owned along the road and then you think that theres too many competition already, why not build a small showroom of furniture bedroom, with complete set: 1 bed, small table, table lamps and few important items that are needed in a bedroom.

Pleasing display of rare collections and unique designs wheither in wood or iron. Maybe you have to make the frontal in glass so that people can see your displays.

2. No rental
3, Just wait to entertain customers.
4. Its a one time spending then you let people see your product and product wont be rotten
5. You may or may not get a permit for this because it looks like your bedroom being displayed.

A. We have very good furniture designers all around. You can contact anyone who are not famous/expensive but has good eyes in designing to help you with this. You can give him royalties, which means per product only percentage and thats it.
B. These designers have contacts of different cheap contractors here in cebu that will do your items/designs to be displayed.
C. You can also make your bedrooms furniture of your house displays at the same time a showroom of your visitors or customers while you have 1 main showroom in front or somewhere. SO, why not think now your interior house as a showroom for everyone and not just waste buying any crap designs in malls, public places because you can create 1 and unique which is your own
