its not fair to be quick about saying "it wasn't worth it." too bad, as it seems you weren't there to judge for yourself.

yes entrance was fairly expensive, the beers too, yet people stayed and danced til past 3am.

maybe they should've had a camera-to-video screen on his face, but if you really wanted a closer look at kaskade, there was no stopping you from going down to the front of the stage where he was about 10 feet away. we had access to the VIP area but didn't bother--the main floor was better for dancing and it was closer to the stage. he was scheduled to play manila the following day (saturday), so seeing that he can't be in two places all at once...

i hear it was the first big venue event that a foreign dj did here. congrats to loft for pulling it off, and perhaps there'll be another one soon?

yes i went home with very dusty feet...

BAH! you old complaning fogeys should just stay home and watch the fab 5 next time...

IT WAS A GREAT PARTY, especially for those who were determined to not be caught up with the sucky announcer (yes, he sucked), the discorralish venue (which i found to be fabulous nonetheless), the sax player's high notes (can any of you even make ANY note on the sax the sonofab*tch was cool IMHO), the high prices (what did you expect? beer for 15 bucks? come on people!), and DJ KARL TY (yeah, he sucked eggs)...

But that is not why we go to these things... we go to forget all our worries, all our REKLAMOS, and just dance, dance, dance the night away! which is pretty much what i did... all the way til 5am... the next day (or should i say that afternoon) i needed a massage and a soak in the pool...

aside from all that, i wanted to say that the POI dancers were the BOMB! gravehhhhhhh, luoy lang kay one of them got burned a bit... oh well, hope to be there again next time!!!!

I did. but it definitely could've been more better.

i just felt like those idiots took away what could've been a full kaskade experience. i went there to hear kaskade. and KASKADE alone. not some damn frustrated sax player who likened kaskade's presence as some sort of rocket launcher for his sad career. i was very annoyed- tho it did not sound THAT bad, but it was fingernails-running-down-the-chalkboard ANNOYING for me.

it's just too bad that instead of memories of a cool night of kaskade music, all i could remember was that damn sax player who would not stop annoying the nuts out of me.
