maypa gi-partition nimo ang hard drive para dual boot to both windows 7 and 8 ka. pwede paman nimo i-reinstall ang win7, ma overwrite ra ang win8 dayon partiotion the harddrive, reinstall ang win8 sa 2nd partition para dual boot---para walay mahay, gamit nimo ang duha ka OS.
i dont really find dual booting 2 windows all together... it is better to just run it under virtual if testing ra ang reason...

yes, naa man hyper-v ang win 8, mao na imong gamit? Naa sa prog and feat, turn windows features on and off. I recommend that, that's good. Or Virtual box kay mas sayon.

nindot ang windows 8 kay pas2x mo boot
i've been using windows 8 for 3 months already, and so far everything is fine. only had trouble with an incompatible software so i just removed it and problem is solved.
i did a thorough test of windows 8 last sunday, and i found some issues -
1) Bloated, some apps are not needed, uninstalling see #3
2) Restrictive, i know its for security but WTF, let us decide what we want...
3) Complicated UI, ive been using windows since 3.1 days, only in windows 8 masaag ko..
4) You cant Multi-Boot OS immediately without sacrificing some stuff (unless you know what your doing and know how to do it)
5) The ability to go directly to desktop instead of Start thingy.... for now 3rd party application is needed...
6) Lag.... too lagggy... it reminds me of Vista already... it lags on Intel i5 with 8gb memory using SSD... (friends laptop)
ive see some few nice stuff though...
1) Impressive Boot Menu (tried it with Ubuntu 12.10 / 13.04 and WIndows
2) Built In Anti Virus
but at the end of the day... we just uninstalled it... and didnt see it worthy for rigorous usage... i suggest stick with window 7... windows 8 i still very buggy... we will do another test after 2 years if di mi makalimot... see if it mature na...
