Honestly, as much as i want to react negatively to ur post my friend, i cannot. i will not do so for u stand by ur point. you may have a point there fafa marvs , but it was not a cry of "panghambug", nor used as a taunt. and YES, i am proud to be a member of this fraternity even amidst controversies. i, myself for the part, needless to say, had done things that u myt not think i can for my age. i have an area of responsibility, and i concentrate on it. and the words you just pondered on were not words of arrogance... it is for us Skeptrons, the words of hope and loyalty.

but cant u do something else aside from that?

i wont enumerate my projects here that even cost me my money and reputation, for it will be highly-irrelevant for the topic.

and in connection to that, this msg for LYTSLPR is already part of what you just suggested. we are trying to stop another major conflict here. coz if we werent concerned, we wouldnt mind having the site be publicly accessed and viewed by fratmen. that wud be another cant-u-do-something-else-aside-from-that.

as of the moment, it has spread among online communities. now that is bad for the fraternity. the site contains information, that are not yet proven true. hence, the webmaster has no right to publicly release such site since it is moraly degrading.

kahibalo na baya ta sa impact anang information bai, and daghan members ang maapil or maglagot. so, gubot nasad. and we dont want that to happen.

and if this problem will be solved as soon as possible, this may mark/start changes of relations between the two fraternities.

and i hope it will.

eye for an eye has never been a good idea but human as we are things might go along that path again...

For those of us who are concerned: this is another case of senseless violence.

I believe many would raise their eyebrows about this comment but I really see fraternity as a threat to PEACE. I have always believed that wars caused my fraternities is a blatant disregard for the call of the citizenry to make our country a secure place.

Indeed, we Filipinos are entitled of our right to a peaceful community. We are entitled to be safeguarded from the psychological trauma of seeing bludgeoned heads perpetrated by criminals purporting to be just ordinary people. We demand our right to be shielded of the fear that just hanging out in the malls, or any part of the country, will make us a candidate of the hit.

Indeed, we are entitled against the fraternity culture of violence—the culture that has claimed the lives of many people mostly students, be they frat or non-frat members.

We condemn this barbaric act. It is not only the peace in several areas that the attackers destroyed; they have destroyed the peace in the entire country. This is not only harassment to the lives and limbs of society; this is an assault to the security of the entire citizenry. This is not only a simple black eye on the efforts of the peaceful fraternities to regain whatever credibility left on the fraternity system—this is proof that the fraternity system is beyond repair.

We urge our fellow students to be vigilant in fighting for their rights for a peaceful community. We should not take the offense wrought by these reckless frat members sitting down. We should show our ire by being vocal in condemnation, by actively pursuing the case if we are witnesses to these incidents. We should practice our moral ascendancy by ostracizing their acts and by making clear— we do not condone their dealings by our silence.

We urge the fraternity members, especially those who now purport themselves to be victims, to obey the procedures of conflict resolution as promulgated in the fraternity summits. We urge them to contemplate that the fraternity culture of violence is bringing not only themselves but the entire country down. We challenge them that if they are truly the men of honor that they purport themselves to be, then they should follow their commitments for non-aggression as stipulated in their truce. We urge them to look to the bigger picture— that the true victims of fraternity violence are themselves.

we all have the right to a peaceful community, but let's face it we'll never go any futher by condemning them as criminals(until proven) or even having a general notion that fratman are usesless individuals.

since these fratmen really love to kill each other, i suggest the city government should put up P1 Million, call both frats to the SRP, and have them kill each other off; last man standing gets P1 Million. that way, innocent people won't get in the cross-fire and we'll finally have a solution to these stupid, senseless killings.
