IIRC yung 1st mention ng 'god particle' is in a book, and hindi sinasadya na tawaging 'god particle'; yung author nga ng book stated na what he meant is 'goddamn particle'

Yes, there is such a thing as the "God Particle" but it's just a nickname given to the Higgs-Boson particle, and it has already been found.

Sa first question, since Higgs boson can explain why some particles have mass, it might explain dark matter too...I like where you're heading...

Hindi ko gets yung 2nd question...

I really like the impllication of Higgs boson sa mass...imagine the possibilities...like, say, space travel or FTL even!!

My 2nd question was about the standard model. If it can only explain 4% of the composition of the universe, what can explain the rest 23% (dark matter) and 73% (dark energy)?
