Windward Software Philippines is looking for (4) Support Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Graduates are preferred, but individuals with equivalent experience OR who possess a solid background in software or technical support will be seriously considered
• Knowledge or background in PC software, hardware, and networking is beneficial
• Some knowledge or background in accounting and/or call center would be an asset
• Trainable, highly motivated, dependable and an active team player
• Must be willing to work in shifts
