ah ok...thanks sis for making it clear to me. it's a nice service, but if corporate plans ra diay available, might be too expensive for some. but still, it's probably worth it for heavy users. :mrgreen: up! :mrgreen:

paspas ang speed mo abot ug 500kbps, pero usahay cge ka dc labi na online games pero kung surf ug downloads payter kaau

Mga Bro if you can still remember during the taiwan earthquake last dec.06-Jan 07 most of PLDT & GLOBE's DSL & internet subscribers were DOWN for almost 1 and 1/2 months but thanks GOD , with my service via BAYANTEL we were DOWN for only 1 hour. that was on the 27th of December 2006. I was then informed by the account manager that downtime was due to the switch-over to thier protection route. If Bayantel was riding on the network of Globe & PLDT's, why was my connection was down for only an hour while the others were completely down for almost a week. then slowly getting acces another week after for the next 1 & 1/2 month. it was on Feb 7 that all the internet connection was normalized. But with Bayantel they were normalized an hour after the quake. hmmmm makes me ponder indeed if they were all riding in the same network.

But ofcorz while it is true that Bayantel DSL packages were quite high compare to PLDT & GLOBE, for reasons that Bayantel do not have a local telephone service in Cebu. Therefore they were only serving Corporate clients only. though they will cater to residencial subscribers but still the corporate rates applied.

by the way if I may ask which more important to you.... the maximum burst speed or the CIR(minimum guaranteed bandwidth)?? :mrgreen:

di ko motoou nimo bai, dependi ra na sa lacation, kay kadtong ingon nila nag linog, sa taiwan, less than an hour ra ang down time nimo, dali ra kaayo ning balik, pero ang bayan tel namo, na abtan nalang ug duha ka bulan wala p ajud na normal, nya kong manawag ka sa costumer care, wal jud klaro, di mo tell ug tarong nga down sila, mga NOOB jud naayo moa ang ako nalang gipaputol ang among bayan tel nga connection, kong ok diha sa imo maayo, layo ra jud kaayo sa PLDT bro, mahal pa ang bayad hinay pa jud, ang pldt karun nga next gen nila ka ang among 4k ng price kay 2.2mbps, asa ka ana imong e test sus ka kusog, jud compare sa bayantel, mao nga mas ok jud ang PLDT ug GLOBE oi diri sa cebu, kay ang bayan tel nag abang ra na ug bandwith sa PLDT.

no doubt with pldt, pero nang fishing na ni sila kay threaten na...bwahahah....pati ang globe? labaw pud nah! dili nalang ko mag tell kay Bayantel is happy for now with their revenues....
and mga bro, ang pinoy bah basta kulang sa serbisyo unya barato ang rate,magbulala og mag cge complain kay hinay connection og bati ang service. unya og medyo mahal lagi ang rate compared to other telecoms BUT maayo ang serbisyo, bagotbot lang gihapon.... which is which

anyway,wala man ko labot anang pldt and globe, bayantel has its own strategies and ways and most important is the customers are VERY happy with the services....oki?ayos! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

maayo ka bro kay happy ka, ako diri kay ako ang tig complain, wala jud ko ma happy. kay wa jud ayo ang support nila kong manawag ka wa jud ayo, kong down sila di jud ma contact, maayo lang kong up sila kay ma contact mao nga wal jud ayo, kani among PLDT o, ining tawag namo, tubagun man dayon ko...

mao nga kontento ko sa ilang serbisyo, di parehas sa bayantel kinahanglan nga imo jud kuhaon ang name sa agent ug id # para ma refund ka, di parehas sa among PLDT nga di na kinahanglan, kay complain ko tubagon dayon.

bai boyguapo, murag ikaw ray customer nag ingon dili entertainun...kadaghan ra subscriber sa pldt nga ingon ana gihapon ila cust care dili guhapon manubag..ako nakaagi kog pldt bro daghan kaau mi namalhin kay ang mga cut care dili pud ta bali balihon, ako bai wala ko nanghilabot sa imong pldt,kay kining akong thread nag offer ra ko!and im just telling my opinions and thoughts! kay kami sad daghan pud mi wala ma happy sa pldt!

og one more thing, ayaw og tuo bro kay wala man ka pugsa nga mutuo ka! do u hear anything ive said against pldt? sus bro kami dagah mi diri na hasul sa pldt but ingon ko sa ako previous replies nga wla koy LABOT sa pldt....pls sabta pud bro! gets!!! peace!
