OT: naa ba software nga mo change sa bootscreen?
well ako nahbaw-an is e overwrite paman nimo ang NTOSKRNL

newer version of STYLE XP... but before doing so.. backup first your "ntoskrnl.exe" and "boot.ini". stylexp just add lines to you BOOT.ini file for the selected bootscreen you want. but i-just erase the original line for my original ntoskrnl and it works fine.

whenever I cant boot, I just boot on a NTFS reader disk and overwrite both ntoskrnl and boot.ini.

if u wanna change the BOOTSCREEN.. try bootskin by stardock.. its free and isn't dangerous to your system...

I've been using windowsblinds 4.5, I've converted from stylexp.. and I can say it's great.. skins more apps than the windows skinning engine..

I use avedesk, but am currenlt tantalized by the possibilities of desktopX 3.0.. gotta try that one out..

There's a new dock, it's called RKlauncher.. and it's great though almost complete in features, its quite buggy and is quite flawed but nevertheless great...

ang bootskin bati ilang design...

nindot sa themeXP.org.. but maka lagot lang sumtimes coz dli mo work ang bootscreen.. coz dli compatible ang version....

you can patch your uxtheme.dll so you wont be needing stylexp for visualstyles. or if you feel adventurous, you can go with shellpacks: http://www.msfn.org/board/lofiversio...hp/t21403.html

1.) Whats the difference between THemes and Visial Styles sa styleXP?
2.) Im using style XP's Bootlog and it seems ok but now I get an OS menu to boot with windows same partition with edited bootlog and the normal one. Is there a way to remove this?

themes is tanan na if em not wrong...apil ang visual style... ang wallpaper..sounds...cursor.. which is ikaw jud nag set...^_^

Themes is pretty much everything ... and includes the visual styles. Visual styles are the fonts, the taskbar, the colors, the scroll-bars.
