This talks about doing other commandments as proof of love and not a co-requirement of faith to be saved. In other words OT ni nga verse. Wala niingun ni nga verse nga you have to do the commandments in addition to faith to be save. Of course by the doing the commandments is the proof that you are save by faith (James 2:21). I hope I am making any sense here for you.

Sorry Sio ha. James 2:21 to. It says "faith without works is dead" which means "faith with works is alive". It did not say "faith with works will save you".

James 2:21 is a proof that early genuine christians has been abusing the doctrine of "faith alone"salvation. Therefore faith needs to be accompanied with works to prove your faith. But it is not the faith and works that will save you but it is through faith alone in God because only God can save man. One God can save man.


Only God can save man.

Only God alone can save man.

Only God alone in Christ Jesus can save man. Only God alone in Christ Jesus who is God Himself in the flesh can save man.

We are still talking wether faith is the only way or not unto salvation. We are not yet talking what kind of faith.

Becuase the topic is "Are we saved by faith alone, or do we need works, too?"

Faith can be shown by works according to James 2. The kind of faith you have is determined by your works. But we are not talking here yet what kind of faith you have. So let us continue with our topic.

Does that say that you have to believe with works to be save? Ningun ba diha? Because as I understand, you are misusing that verse. Infact you cannot even explain that verse.
