    nahadlok kog kalit kay di na mawala ang sakit sako left hip since ccm. Nisaka pajud siya pataas sako hawak. huhhuhhuu! nisugod kasamot ang sakit this monday atung nia ko abels, sa fifth round nisakit, pero nipadayun ko until wa na nako makaya sa 12th round nako giundang... karon mafeel napud nako ang sakit kung bag-ong mata or bilar or mag stretch. by monday daw dapat makkadto nakog orthopedic surgeon according samo company doctor. I hope it's nothing serious kay first of all, I wanna run and have fun and eat all the fooooooooooooooooooooood!!! waaaah!!! lami raba mukaon humba! T_T karon diet mode sa... mamawi jud kog ayo ani once maayo kuh!

    Walay regular bus ang Ceres nga nagbyahi Toledo boss, ang mangagi ra didto na Ceres kay mga gikan sa Bacolod. Pinili ra sad ang oras, unya mas mahal ang plete almost 200 siguro ang aircon. BT, Jegans, Corominas ra ang moagi sa Toledo. Naa sad ko nabantayan nga naay mga mini-bus nagbyahi.

    Rest and recover Maam. Dili lang sad ko expert pero basin sa posture na nimo during sa imo dagan Maam. Try to relax ang imo hip and waist kung modagan ka, hinay2x lang gud! And then if mosakit, pahulay sa, lakaw2x, slow jog and then balik dagan. Basin stressed ra kaayo na nga part sa imo lawas. Dayon sa imong restdays(no running days), supplement og leg strengthening exercises; squats, lunges and other exercises na magpalig-on ana nga body part. Apili sad diay core exercises, naa man daghan available sa internet for these exercises.

    Pero unaha lang sa gyud pacheck sa ortho kay dili ra ba ko expert ana Ayo2x and see you on the road.

    apil ko ani boos be,nice lage ni nga threa ba,dili man guro ta mauwaw molakaw kay natural raman nang kapoyon ta,may man og kenyan ta,anad naman to sila kay epagukod man na sila leon para pas pas modagan hehe
