I asked LTO about this, it's not OK if it is not manufacturer designed YELLOW headlight, you know na nga bawal ang YELLOW headlight.

Kung mag taod mo, pangandam nalang mo sa checkpoint nya.. About sa Smoked film, mas lesser ang visibility, it is a big risk with the driver and also for the other drivers, unless if you have another headlight/fog lamp on.

Bringing this up, any update as to asa ko makapataod ani? Ganahan ta nako ipa-yellow tint akong foglamps. Dili man siguro na bawal hehe.
