guys mubisita ko cebu next week para job hunt kay nag close amo company na sa davao.. ngayo lng ko advice kung mga pila jud rate sa Web Designer dre sa xlib.. sugal naman gud ni hehehe.. I know naa pa lain company na hiring pero just want to make sure na ok jud ni ang xlib kung web design ako applyan.. pki PM nlng sa rate.. solid pud diay ako exprerience.. thanks

I heard that sales rep has fixed sched. Does anyone know what their schedules are? Is there a morning shift for sales rep? I am planning to apply because the compensation is very competitive plus the commissions but I'm considering the schedules as well. If anyone could answer, please do. Thanks!

Can you guys give me some background and tips as to how the Interview and Exam process is done?
I'm still new at being interviewed since I'm still a fresh graduate.
Any tips will do. Sample questions would also help.

Hi chrmdfreak! Stalking forums here as well, and delighted to find a fellow applicant! Scheduled for the same day as well, same position. Scheduled for 2pm though. This is not my first time being interviewed for work, but this is my first time actually being scheduled for interview with Xlibris. ^_^ I guess they'll be asking pretty standard questions, including a "tell us about yourself" -- it keeps coming up in almost every interview I've had.

As for the exams, I have no idea. Are you a Mass Comm/English/Journ course grad?

A nursing graduate actually. Hehe. I don't really know if I fit the job description though. I'm just testing some jobs other than being a nurse. Although, I know someone who is a nurse, and is working as a copy editor there.

Well, I don't think course matters, as long as you fulfill their minimum requirements of being attentive to detail and are at least proficient in written/spoken English. I'm still a MassComm student as well, still haven't graduated, but I left my previous position at a different company because I realized I didn't exactly suit the job.

No idea about their pay, but I hear they pay well, provided that you also work hard at the job. Around 16k minimum, I guess? What time are you scheduled for interview/exam tomorrow? I'm scheduled for 2pm. Maybe we might bump into each other.
