    3% of 150K is 4.5K per month. if i-collateral ang house and lot, ipa-annotate pa ang land title.
    if you will borrow money from the bank, they will require you to have insurance so additional payable again.

    For 150K the following will be the payments:

    1 year to pay = 17,000 per month

    1year and a half (18 months) = 12,833.33 per month

    2 years to pay = 10,750 per month

    If longer imo gusto mas gamay ang monthly and so on..

    Money will be released when contract is signed by owner. Wala nay hasul basta naay title ang H&L na colateral and your ATM for payments. If you are interested we can discuss more in person.

    sorry to be a little harsh. kung dili pa gyud na mahugno inyong balay sa kaguba, pag-save na lang, sis, unya hinay hinay lang pa-repair. if house lang nga puy-an ninyo, although importante nga ipa-ayo, hunahunaa nga wala may mobalik nga kwarta to cover the borrowed amount and the interest. kung ipa-rent ninyo, naa tuod, or kung inyong ibaligya, pero check kung maka-fund sa utang.

    @missingyouso, you really have a point there. money out mn gud puros and ga-interest. if without enough funding and your current salary/income won't suffice the installments for the entire term, most likely maglisod og impas which may lead to loss of the property itself na hinuon since mao mana ang collateral in case you were not able to pay your dues.

    TS will be dealing with repairs and/or renovation which is likely generating more than the expected quotation costings pjud (as what I've observed lang).
