Usual favorites are Pearl shape Jasmine Leaves, Green Tea w roasted rice, Oolong for everday drink

I only order Green Tea latte and freeze in Bo's and SB.

Kay mahal man ang milk tea sachet. I use Lipton lemon tea with alpine milk og gamay nga asukar. payts na!

to maximize its effects, you have to have at least 3 cups per day but its okay if you go beyond 3. i consume 3 to 4 tea bags a day kay mao naman ni akong tubig. maka inum ra siguro kog water jud ug wala ko sa balay but sometimes i bring a small thermos with me for my green tea sa work
