just go for a brandnew 5k z77 based motherboard...

i bought a p8z77-v 6 months ago and now i am selling it to get a lower priced mobo since wah ra nako ma maximize ang iyang features...

Just get it TS. Bang for the buck na kaayo ng 5k. I dont know why people make such a fuss about about a mobo being a generation older when in fact the performance difference is minimal (unless of course you are rooting for an H61/67 in place of a Z77). If you are planning to overclock, the littlest bit of power feature on the v-pro will be of use. But if you can find a brand spanking new 12phase Z77 board for 5K, better..
