i've been a member of the website for 2 months already.....when i click a category, i cannot post something on it....."NEW TOPIC" is not found in it...
pls help me out on how to post one....

where do you want to post? if that would be in the buy and sell forums, you can't sense you are still a newbie. I suggest that you read the forum rules and FAQ, also the why newbies are not allowed to post in the BSTC forums.

Due to the number of bogus / shady / illegal posts, the administration has decided to let people "earn" their posting rights at the said boards. This way (we hope), people will value their posting access at the said boards and think twice about posting crap.
