    layu-a pa diay nako ui...noob pa kaau on running
    11.50 km pa pinaka-layu nako nga road run and it's been 12 years since last nako dagan and it's been 2 weeks pa sugod ko balik
    I hope I can catch up sa inyung mga 50-60km tawn before ko ma pul-an nasab

    Advisable ba nag sugod ko balik run after 12 years then mimimus/minimal concept ako gamit shoes?

    mas maayo pa tanaw ka sa runner para maka balo ka unsa shoes ang para sa imu feet to prevent injuries

    speaking of pul-an, kana ra gyud akong dili gusto mahitabo, busa I tend to find alternatives pud (different route, more running buddies etc). Pero one thing for sure, di maka-pool knowing if you have friends na kauban nimug dagan and keep you motivated. Nindut pud kauban sa dagan ang DC kay tawn, malingaw na lang kog paminaw sa tabi nya wa na diay ko kahibaw naa naman diay mi kaabot sa busay (tops).

    From my end, duha ra ka butang ang maong rason nganu di pako pul-an sa dagan.... Akong gwapo na marathoner (R_squared) ug kaning akong paa na murag waistline kadaku ang isa: while running, I always tell my self "If I run, I'll lose the extra pounds" nya di ko mukaon ug sobra on weekdays... pero mao raman gihapon, pag abot sa weekend sige mag habhab (BWAHAHAAHAH!!!) lami mangud mukaon (ahak!)... Aaaaand the same cycle..... at least I burn what I eat manpud. usahay dili, heheeheheh!

    Naa koy pangutana ninyo mga brad og sis..

    Kaning mag night run ta ba, unsay maayo manihapon daan or dili?

    advisable ba na mukaon og gamay before magrun?

    sensya nga murag noob question ning ako pero seryoso ni. salamat kaayo.

    sakto gyud mas maau naa daghan kuyog pero kanan pud serious runners kay I've tried that couple of times na ang resulta mas daghan kaon and inom afterwards hahahah.
    There was one time nag uwan and na hug ra ug props among running attire...deretso sa grill-house and icecold beer.

    Anyway if I lay low on running kay balik sab ko crosscountry mountainbiking kay ako dagan2x is just some sort of cross training man pud kay I'm more of a distance biker

    Kaon ka way before ka dagan and hydrate
    Eat food or carbs that are easily digested
    Similar incident pero nag biking ko kaon ko maau for a long bike trip nag dali ko and wala pa gyud fully digested ako gikaon
    Resulta was ni palpitate ko kay nag ilog ang oxygen sa imong lawas---in digesting ur food and oxygen to your muscles when biking so mura nag overtime imo heart to circulate blood carrying oxygen to supply where its needed.
