@Renz8: My tummy fat is due to 11 years of neglect. I used to have a 4-pack abs but because of my belief that ectomorphs like me won't have a beer belly, I didn't exercise until I realized that I no longer looked good (labi na pag abot nako 41). Kani ra ba mu-abot 40, ganahan balik magpa-macho

I think I just need to work hard on strength/mass training rather than do a lot of cardio.
As far as I know, no amount of abs exercise will shrink the fat in the tummy area since fat is all around our body. Abs exercises just help us to make our core stronger along with back and upper leg exercises.
