    @Renz8: My tummy fat is due to 11 years of neglect. I used to have a 4-pack abs but because of my belief that ectomorphs like me won't have a beer belly, I didn't exercise until I realized that I no longer looked good (labi na pag abot nako 41). Kani ra ba mu-abot 40, ganahan balik magpa-macho I think I just need to work hard on strength/mass training rather than do a lot of cardio.

    As far as I know, no amount of abs exercise will shrink the fat in the tummy area since fat is all around our body. Abs exercises just help us to make our core stronger along with back and upper leg exercises.

    @gnox3: In my case, most of the week, I don't eat food like packaged chips, candies, sweet pastries, and recently I've been told not to eat chocolate and nuts because of my kidney crystals. I also don't drink beer and stopped drinking soft drinks. I still can't say no to milk tea, halo-halo or ice cream, or Super Taro though but I don't drink/eat these everyday. Usually, when we go to the mall and that's only once or twice in a month for me.

    I only eat when I'm hungry. Most of the time if I think I'm hungry, I drink water and if the 'hunger' goes away, then I was just thirsty.

    Xeno would of course tell you to eat less 'unhealthy' food first, eat more 'healthy' food but no more than you need for the day.

    I do suggest you pair dieting with serious* exercise and a good night's sleep.

    By serious exercise, I mean disciplined and consistent exercise. Don't go to the gym or wherever you exercise just to pretend that you're exercising. I see countless women go to our gym and just spin (stationary cycling) leisurely and texting. The don't sweat enough to melt their make up away. For men, I see those that are in a hurry and try to lift weights without using proper form and until now I haven't seen any difference in their bodies (after a year). Ego tripping or ignorance, I dunno.

    All I know is that unless we're genetically gifted, we must all work smart and hard to feel good and look good without going to Dr. B

    And oh, I hope this year madayun na to annual sports convention or something. I'd really like to meet some bodybuilders and other resistance-related sports enthusiast other than those in my gym Ngayo tips, share experiences, drink beer, este, whey protein (di sad ko pwede ani so low-fat milk ko), he he. I'm also an amateur photographer (Flickr: carlo_montoya's Photostream) and I love to shoot events.

    Just a question.

    I eat one protein meal (Chicken breast, soup and a cup rice) an hour before working out. Then an amino supplement. Now my question is. After taking another Amino supplement after working out, do I need another protein meal?, like 30 minutes after working out? I really do not wish to build that tummy fat.

    Now-a-days, Most of them are concentration more about on exercise why because with the help of that we can develop and maintain our body in good and correct condition, In many cases some kind of health problems also cure with exercise. We can done best bodyweight exercises in our convict timings and conditioning also. I hope with the help of bodyweight exercise we can get best result in short duration of time.

    Akong problem is my bukton dako jud xia. Some mistook me na nuon for being bayot because sa akong bukton, ma-ahat na lang ko ug XL nga mga sanina kay muho-ut man jud sa bukton ug ilokan kung mag Large ko...unsa may best exercise to tighten it? Please suggest...
