Hyperdulia means veneration given to the Blessed Mother of God.
Dulia means honor given to the Saints.

Mary is the Mother of God.
Mary is not God the mother.

Let's be clear about this.

I respect Mother Mary also sis but not as the mother of God. Its true that Mother Mary is the biological mother of Jesus Christ but not in His divinity. Generic raman gud kayo pagkamention ang mother of God. Even Mary herself needs a saviour.

Look what the Lord commands, is this what the present church are doing? In fact, theyre making fun of those preaching the gospel in the streets, etc.

Thanks bro, i will also take time to understand these things....sa tinuod bro, wala pa sad nako mabalo-i unsa jud pinakamaayong tubag sa ubang pangutana about the teachings of RC. I am a RC since birth bro and i only find it fascinating and interesting sa ubang pundok when i tried to attend bible studies and other church activities. Diha nagstart natubag akong mga questions. It happen lang tingali nga walay nakaguide nako when i was a RC sa una.

But then again, our personal relationship with the Lord mao jud ang momatter pag ayo, dili atong pagka membro sa usa ka pundok.

OT: Amen on the personal relationship with Jesus bro, one can be religious but never a Christian.
it is always about Jesus bro..

not able to understand the Doctrines is one of the primary reasons why RCs by birth moved to other denominations because that is where they would grow as a Christian, i don't see anything wrong with it though.
if diha ka maluwas, i'd rather see a loved one transfer to another denomination and grow in Love with Christ and others
than to remain Catholic and not know what being Catholic is all about.
but if they turned out to be fundies, then that's another story..hehehe
and preference wise, i suggest if we are confused about certain practices of RCC
we might wanna dig deeper to it from a Catholics POV.

what is terribly wrong though is to point fingers and put labels on RC Doctrines and practices simply because they do not understand or they're understanding is simply different.
why not ask questions instead of raising accusations diba?

by the way, RCC also has Bible studies, and other church activities for understanding and knowing Jesus as God and Savior
otherwise i wouldn't have known the things i know now about Catholicism and Christianity..
like wenlove, me being a Catholic/Christian by faith was never an inheritance...by baptism cguro like most of us..

Di pud bro kay foster means they're not blood-related. The God whom no one has ever seen became flesh. He did not just come out of the blue. He came into being through Mary's DNA. Mary as the Mother of God should not be misconstrued as her coming into being before Him. It simply means He came into being through her "Yes".

Mother Mary is only an instrument for the incarnation. But God the Son has already existed even before Mary was born.

This verse means that a child is born (Jesus), a son is given (Christ/God the Son/the Word) who incarnates.

Isaiah 9:6-7
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
