OMG! I'm really shocked by this horrifying tragedy. Dr. Rene Rafols was the one who operated my son successfuly, when he had Ankyloglossia or "Tongue Tied". Our thoughts and Prayers goes out to the soul of Dr. Rafols and his family during this tragic event.

Sounds like you have an inferiority complex muddling your perception. Just check the newspapers, almost every week there are reports of a foreigner being stabbed or shot. Incidents of foreigners killing Filipinos are rare, hence the attention this case is getting.
