I posted Canadian earlier on simply to correct the misinformation floating around at the time, initial news reports were saying that the perpetrator was American.

    You posted the following comment:

    "Criminal minded foreigners are here,
    we better watch out."

Can't you see the problem with that statement? This tragedy was entirely preventable; all that was required was proper security procedures. Allowing a gun into a courtroom is a serious failure which raises many questions. Focusing on the nationality of the assailant is pointless, it was a freak incident and the guy is dead. It's not as if foreigners are any more predisposed to acts to violence than Filipinos. In fact there are many more foreign victims of violence here than vice-versa.

Sorry, I misread the news. Thanks for clearing it up.

About the incident, the security agency will be booted out in contract with Palace of Justice especially the guards posted in that area. Such a shame for this reckless inspection and create a bloody scene afterwards.

    OT:

there is definitely something wrong with this statement even if it didn't mention any particular race/nationality

what is the difference between a criminal minded foreigner and a criminal minded Filipino?

shouldn't we watch out for any criminal minded persons

No sorry but I don't see anay problem with that statement
it's entirely tantamount towards the scenario at hand.
His acts is for what? and who is he by the way?

Any person who goes into such a place is really
a person who believe in justice, and the equality of such,
he acted as if he is submitting himself to it, by attending
    the arraignment.

We could not place the entire blame on the security personnel,
it's unconceivable for someone yielding with the process would
somehow resort towards such a horific undertakings.

Simply he was just so cunning,
trait of a criminal minded person,
and he is a foreigner, a foreigner who in his own twisted
ways disrespected and annihilated our very own justice system.

Let us say more foreigners here
are more abusive just because of their status.
belittling the so called third country national like the filipinos.
