When I see the topic title:
"How Koreans act here in Cebu"

I see this:
"How Filipinos act here in Singapore"
"How Filipinos act here in South Korea"
"How Filipinos act here in the US"

Has a bit of a negative connotation to it, don't you think? Sort of "this is MY land and this is how they perceivably act - so alarming that for some reason warrants to be discussed by us, the natives, in our internet forum".
