    good buy gyud ni. Nakapalit ko og 3L na bladder sa tobys 700 gyud tawn, pero 2L ra man kasagaran akoa isulod sa bladder. Sakto2x ra gyud na ang dala ana na 2L na bladder makalahutay na og mga 4hrs na walay refill2x ang tubig.

    Good morning mga boss! Nag-attempt kog dagan pauli karon aftershift. Kaso nabantayan nako na sakit ako left hip. Nabantayan nako kay na-overlunch ko gania so nagdagan dagan ko from 10 floor to 12thfloor stairs. sakit man. Maynta dili ni injury pero since CCM rani. Ugma mag-yoga sako, maynta maayo ni. Maunta dili ni injury or unsa ba.
