Warner Bros. has planned a 2015 release for Justice League of America. In competition with Marvel's The Avengers 2

both companies will want to maximize profits so don't expect both movies to come out at the same time. Avengers 2 will likely be in the late first quarter or early second quarter of the year(Avengers 1 came out in April), while the JL movie(if there is one) would come out in late second quarter. they might not even come out in the same year.

What we have so far is that The Avengers 2 is already scheduled for a May 1, 2015 release. No word yet from WB as to when exactly they're planning to release JLA, but rest assured it will be in 2015 as well.
