UnionBank is awesome for me regarding customer service.
Nakawatan kog wallet once and they replaced my card effortlessly.
I suggest you go to the Country Mall branch, they are less strict there.

I'm not sure why they require your TIN or NBI Clearance but I just got mine for a school ID + study load.
But that was when I was still studying though. Good luck

Dili raba jud ko pakuhaon ug TIN/BIR sakong ate for immigration. Bisag 2 valid ID's ra ila gipangayo, girequire jud ko nila ug TIN/SSS no bisag unemployed! Niwalk-out jud ko.

Dili pareho ka flawless sauna (2006 to I think when I got my first one).

If pang verify lang sa Paypal you can use Smart Money. Then withdraw the money to any bank account nga naa nimo.

Also, ako lain na bantayan kay dli kaau na sweto ang mga teller maskin bank manager about their Partnership and Policies with Paypal. THey always tell you to call customer service, then ma timingan ka ug tapolan nga agent sa customer service, etudlo pod ka balik sa branch. Ikaw nalay ma boang.

Ang sweto2 about Paypal transactions and policies diha sa Unionbank kay kato ra ilang internet security team/department, which is naa sa manila. You can reach them through customer service, insist lng jud mo nga mo storya mo sa IS team or Sup para ma atiman mo.
