personally.. i dont give much hope on the fact mka gps ta in cebu.. due to lack of technology in our country. but thats my opinion.. though mayb soon possible na sd..

lack of maps. wala pay naghimo ug maps magamit sa gps program. map sa cebu or philippines ako gimean.

in the n95 unit i played with had manila map in it...
therefore 100% usable locally
doesnt work indoors though...

btw, i also sell other forms/application of GPS systems and they work herein cebu and other provinces (all over the philippines)...
il open up a shop in sm soon so look out for that

any gps unit will never work indoors.

it needs to connect to a satellite....

@all: i saw n95 na in maze ayala.. 38k ilang selling price. i dont knw if with warranty.. check it out lang
