1. Tell me something about yourself.
- This is a question nga usually jud gagamiton sa mga interviewer and this is just the tip of the iceberg. The real question is this, "Tell me something about you that is not in your resume." If mag answer ta ani nga question, ayaw na istate ang imong birthdate, name, basta kay kanang mga information nga pwede ra makuha later on. Ako suggestion, use the "Me in 30 seconds pattern.
a. I am, I can..
- you are going to state who you are or what are your qualities nga maka pa entice sa interviewer nga ihire ka.
b. Site an example
- you are going to provide na dayun a proof or an example wherein gigamit nimu pag ayo ang imong qualities nga gi mention earlier
c. Results
- interviewers would really like to have results sa imong mga ginapulti nga qualites.
Ingon ani ang akong kasagaran nga pattern:
"I am a very dedicated employee. I understand that skills and product knowledge can be learned in the production floor, however, you won't be able to achieve those if you have attendance issues. I am proud to say to you that since I started working since 2007, there were only a few instances of me being late or absent and you may verify this with the HR of my previous companies."
2. What is your expected salary?
- It's good nga mag mention kay ug exact figure, however, it would be best to have a range. For example, if you are expecting a salary of 15k, you may say nga negotiable ka sa salary nga 12k - 18k. 3. How long are you planning to stay with the company?

During the interview use the "Power Statement" (it's something that you can offer to the company).
Power Statement = skills + experience + result
