sleep mga 12nn. lisud ayo itug-
if sayo pud ko sleep mga 10am, then makamata ko mga 3 pm . lisud na kaayo itug balik, bisag i know kuwang pa kaayo ako tug.
lain-lain man ako diskarte like:
exercise para mahago or
read books or
alcohol 0r
bisag unsa na................
sometimes one thing works , sometimes the other one works depende ra.
or sometimes wala juy mowork.
1 thing 1 noticed for a daysleeper , if gduka nya wa pa ka matug kay napa ka gbuhat sa balay , lisud na kaayo i-sleep if nalapas na ka sa imong duka....
when ur in your bed, dont anymore think about problems and stress related issues. relax! its time for bed. that's why maglisod kag sleep (maybe) cuz your too pre occupied with things in your head. clear your thoughts.....!
but i guess this is not true to all cases jud
@indie-been there and i can say nga paet jud kaayo ang graveyard shift...maynalang at least morning na jud ko forever...
pero sa una bai kay ako jud gi simulate ang gabii nga atmosphere sa akong room..i covered my windows with 3 layers of curtain, i purchased an airconditioner and i tried to make my my room as sound proof as possible..dili man ko maka rest ang utok and body if dili gabii ug atmosphere..
ako maka sulti sa mga nag trabaho ug graveyard kay hinay2x namo pangita lain trabaho kay dili lalim kun lawas ang pohunan..walay panginabuhi kun magkasakit na ang lawas

exercise is the remedy for insomia, it is according to the research. sorry i have no links to post, i just read it on sunstar last sunday
depende bro..as an insomniac,i can attest nga excercise can either get you tired(so dali ra makatug) or hyped up(which is insomnia+++)..
..tungod sa ka stress sa lawas, ang atong utok mu secrete ug klase2x nga hormones(apil na ang adrenalin) to keep us going sa atong strenuous activity..
..much worse pa gyud is lain kaayo pamati kun insomnia even if kapoy imong activities whole day kay imong lawas luya na kaayo pero imong utok kay abtik pa kaayo..
kun mag excercise ko kay mas mu-increase akong chances mag insomnia by 10%..
at least sa ako nang experience..(had insomnia since i was 10 yrs old)

For me Drink milk before going to sleep... it works..
milk or choloket lami nah makatolog paka
valium... 1/2 lang knock out na ka.
