Any savings the government have is the savings of the tax payer and should never be redistributed as gifts to government employees. Savings should help reduce the burden of tax payers, not for the enjoyment of the few. Enrile is no different from any other politician so is Miriam. This is a case of a corrupt official accusing another official of corruption when the opportunity to do so arrives.
