tried the ff: torrent clients:

uTorrent - hinay ang DL & blocked ports
BitComet v.84 - hinay DL & blocked ports
reverted to
BitComet v.62 - ok ang DL, no DL ports indicated.

So depende ra jud kung unsa nga torrent client and mogana sa imoha nga setup.

ako ako, ang BC v.62 ang nigana mao kini ako gamit.

im a convert. mura mas giganahan ko sa utorrent kaysa sa bitcoment. ang utorrent mu adjust accordingly if you're utilizing the connection for browsing too. ang bitcomet pirmi naka full throttle and has to be switched off. di madala bsag i-limit ang UL/DL speeds sa bitcomet. mas gaan and responsive ang program.

what happens when you dont switch bitcomet off?

mukamang ang browsing speeds basta dili i-off. unlike sa uTorrent na ang program ang mu adjust sa download speeds.. this suits my usage because i usually leave the torrent download on while i browse, etc.

i also experience this with utorrent.
