ako kay patrabaho gihapon panagsa sa roadstar kay accessible man gud cya from office but i see to it nga MINOR repairs lang and makuha ra dayon ang sakyanan. if ang work/repair requires nga ibilin ang sakyan.... AVOID and better look for other reliable autoshops (i prefer Textar in this case bisan layo2x ang location but assured man sad nga OK ang service). i think the prob w/ roadstar is ang competency and training ani ila supervisors(no customer service) and mechanics(mura kutob lang tang2x ug ilis sa naguba)...

Agree ko ani. igo rjud na tangtang ilis sila. I had my rack and pinion repair inquiry diha kay ga leaking. 30-to 50k ilang estimate. Wy klaru ug mka fix ba sila. No warranties.

more on after market parts ni sila ilang service...not really into die-hard repairs.

FOR AIRCON REPAIR/GENERAL CLEANING

I am driving a 2nd hand vios 2006-07 model. Normal for a non-new car to have its wear and tear performance related issues.

One of the many is the aircon-Dili na kaayo mu bugnaw. During noontime, perteng inita. Mbugnaw ra ug kadlawon ug gabii.

Same old story sa mga newbie...nangita ko ug HONEST, KASALIGAN, ug CUSTOMER CENTRIC nga serbisyo then mu effort ug educate sa client about sa issue at hand.

I found JOJO CAR AIRCON:

When i arrived, gi asses ug unsay defect. After thorough inspection, ni suggest si Jo-jo (sya mismo mangunay) nga GENERAL CLEANING. Since VIOS gen1 ako car, that means habwa tanan dashboard pull out.

Ang akong EVAPORATOR katam-nan nag sibuyas!!! Wa jud diay gi pa limpyuhan sa first owner since pag palit 5 years ago or so.

RESULT: sulbad problema.

LABOR CHARGE: LOWER THAN MOST AIRCON SERVICES OFFERED BY OTHER SHOPS. (naa pay known shop diri grabe au mudala ug estimate, makuratan ka!)

SATISFACTION: 100%, 6 MONTHS WARRANTY.

I am writing this because the JOJO AIRCON SHOP deserves a very good write-up from a very satisfied customer. I really appreciate and have high respect to the owner because of his honesty especially halata kaayu akong pag ka newbie re aircon issues. Wa ko gipa palit ug carb, valves, freon ,drier, o-ring ug etc.....

MOTTO NILA: Ug unsay angay ilisan, mao ray ilisan, ang madala ug ayo, ayuhon.
