Anyway from my point lng.. Hiring sa fluor dako kau na requirement ang experience. IT kung IT lng, IBM ra ga provide sa fluor. pero IT na experienced sa automation (which is dile IT) pwed sa Fluor.

Dako standards and qualifications ang fluor sa employee. I congratulate you nasulod ka diha. Your qualifications are not easily achieved by just anyone.

Lets just say ha na for anyone who wants to be with fluor, they have to have the right skill set. Not just background. But skill set as well.
