if ur the CEO of the company @ZIRV....would u choose a convention center in bangkok? or adto raka sa Hotel mag miting.....conevention centers are intended for big meetings..dili sya for companies lang...mga international shows...conferences etc....

If you would like to go over the convention centers all over Southeast Asia

look at the place. where are the hotels strategically placed, the shops, the restaurants, the spa, etc...

ani ra ni: Zirv wants to see immediate benefits of the CICC; the others stress longterm benefits. mao nang matuyok tuyok lang ang discussion kay lahi man ug tumong.

Points:
1. Gusto jud ni Zirv na mokita ang CICC per event so di siya ganahan anang mo sponsor or subsidize ang CICC ug events. These events are intended to attract investments to Cebu--longterm ni--busa para nako, kay pro-longterm man ko, okay ni nga move sa gobyerno.

2. Gusto ni Zirv nga ang CICC itukod kung ready na ang lugar, i.e., naa nay hotels and restaurants sa area so that it will be convenient for convention delegates NOW. The others see it the other way around: itukod ang CICC so that hotels and restaurants will be built in the area, which, by the way, is happening already.

Different points of view. sa ako lang, Zirv's approach is management--kay management deals with the NOW. you'll make a good manager, Zirv. but leadership calls for VISION. let's give our leaders a chance.

please built something that is RESPECTABLE, PRESENTABLE enough to the WORLD.....

CICC has no supporting shopping centers, hotels, and restaurants....

is that GOOD Will CICC be able to COMPETE?
