    If you can't accept that we can never beat Tokyo, Las Vegas, or Singapore

    please built something that is RESPECTABLE, PRESENTABLE enough to the WORLD.....

    CICC has no supporting shopping centers, hotels, and restaurants....

    is that GOOD Will CICC be able to COMPETE?

    I hope CICC is not that dormant. I've seen it and I'm positive it could attract revenues if there's right promotion. I mean, CICC is alone in its location for now. Why not attract businessmen to put their establishments in the area? San Miguel Brewery and SM Cebu are just near. Maybe this could boost business and even tourism in Mandaue.

    I do hope that when I come back in Cebu, CICC will still be that good.

    did i say dili ta ka compete? at this time layo ra gyud ta nila , i said in due time maka level rata nila....and of course we can built a better facilities to cater sa mga convention centers....as of this time CICC is very much presentable na kaayo......as wat i said na pud..nag start na ug tukud dha..ang atbang gi-sugdan na....

    wala gipahulat ang multi=national companies..they are the one nag start ug tukud...how many years gitukud ang bangkok? wen in was there 1990's hugaw pa kaayo sila....trafic n gubot....karon pa nahuman ila mga projects...unya muingon ka nga plastada dayon tanan sa bangkok? it took them years to build the flyovers and everything ......
